1. What areas do we serve?
We’re your standing rep on the ground near your West Coast and Texas suppliers. Depending on what you need, that means tracking your open POs and flagging delays before they blow up, physically inspecting parts and processes at the supplier’s facility, or chasing down a late order until it ships — often all three, through one point of contact.
2. Which states do you cover?
California, Washington, Arizona, and Texas today. If your supplier is somewhere else, ask — we may already have reach there, or can look into adding coverage.
3. What time frames do you work within?

4. How is this different from a staffing agency or inspection firm?
A staffing agency sends you a body for a day with no relationship to your program. A national inspection firm treats your account as one line item among hundreds and rarely sends the same person twice. We stay assigned to your suppliers, so the person inspecting this quarter already knows the history from last quarter.
5. Do you work directly with our suppliers, or only through us?

6. How are engagements priced?
It depends on scope — ongoing status tracking, periodic inspections, and one-off expediting calls are structured differently. Tell us about your supplier base and what you need, and we’ll put together a straightforward quote rather than a one-size-fits-all rate card.
7. Can we start with just one service and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with either status tracking or inspection and add expediting once they see how it fits. Nothing requires you to buy the full bundle up front.
8. How quickly can you get on-site when there’s a problem?
Because we’re based in the region rather than flown in (in most cases), we’re typically able to respond far faster than a national firm dispatching from out of state. Exact turnaround depends on the supplier’s location and what’s needed — typical outreach is within 72 hours of notification.
